You can send passports via Blue Dart courier it is the best one..!! VFS uses same courier service to deliver passports to home address..

It takes 2 weeks time according to the VFS people..!! as they told me yesterday while submitting my passport..! also the trend from spreadsheet shows it about 2 weeks for NDVO..!!!

Hi.,, I agree that his current passport is shared with CIC and it is required for Visa Stamping.. but most of the embassies do ask to submit the old passports along with the fresh ones..! And evenif Canada High Commission do not require the old one and he is going to submit the passport at VFS...
