I called them too last week and they said that everything was passed and cleared. Just didn't want to assume lol I may be that paranoid. Been trying to call them again but couldn't get through. It's Friday and I haven't heard anything from them nor has my account been updated.

Yup! Commented on this a few posts back. I too have noticed that applications processed in Montreal are either inland or from the US.

Wiji, so they didn't give you anything - like information on when you're going to receive it? This is so frustrating then if your application has been approved last November and you're still waiting for that precious email.

I also logged into my account Friday, it showed Updated and then when I refreshed the page, it again changed to submitted. I really hope we get updates on our file soon. This waiting time is so frustrating - it's testing my patience. :( But keeping my hopes up and praying for good news this week...

Thank you, Cansha. I'm taking your advice and not worry about it. I did my part, sent documents for the RR on work experience. Let's wait if I hear from them. Hopefully soon so that I can plan next steps. :)

Thanks for sharing. Aside from proof of billing, ask your sibling to share his health insurance, permanent residency certificate or citizenship document, tax document or credit card statements and lease. Maybe to avoid further details just proactively send the documents through CSE web form...

Try scrolling down the file and look into the Notes. It's usually the one near the end of the GCMS file. What is your review required and have you sent documents related to it?
