yes -- I grew up in Toronto -- I would consider myself a minority (white Caucasian) but living in Uruguay for 5 years seeing an asian or african or indian or middle eastern person -- its like WOAH!! haha :) I am looking forward to the diversity again! :)

i sent a scanned copy -- pdf printed it out.. no problem

i don't think they should ask that unless it was in extreme circumstances... why would they want to know that anyway? and i dont think it is fair to say anything goes in interviews... not everything goes.. i think there are still rights and sanctions in place...

I think you should put the application in a box and not look at it anymore otherwise you are going to go crazy with stress over tiny tiny things that are really not important

In the PR application I just mentioned the first day I came and I met my DH's family (father, and sisters) otherwise after 5 years i would have 900 pages of people -- they can see in the pictures that we dont live in a cave.. so if they have questions then ask away
