The final e-CoPR, yes! I received emails from my IRCC portal account and the PR portal account both saying my PR was approved. The e-CoPR is available to download and the PR portal, while at the IRCC account it also shows it is approved.

I just logged into the portal and had a new update there (no email received). An additional step to confirm that I am in Canada. Apparently, with this confirmation they will issue the eCO-PR, and the photo and address approval will run in parallel for the PR card process, specifically.

For me neither.. Still both pending since I submitted on Jan 4.

I got my first email on Dec 23 from Etobicoke office. I replied about 20 minutes after I received it.

A quick update from my side, I just received the Login credentials for the PR portal. Both me and my husband received it almost at the same time today!
