@inder14, In Document list, it is written as "ORIGINAL or COPIES", so copies or photocopies are the same. No certification required for Diploma/Degree, Employment letter except the documents which require translation (document not in english/french) as already stated in the FSW guide version...

Refer to FSW guide, it is exactly written as "Receiver General for Canada" but there is no significant difference these..No worries. :)

Just wanna share my experience with WES....They are fast processing my credentials.No comment and I would recommend WES...Take my advice or its your choice.
