We have the same application date. Mine is DD encashed 4 Dec. and PER 7 Jan. If CC has been charged, there's still hope but in your case i would say it's in danger. :( I'm sorry friend but try to call CIC now or email them to inquire your case. All the best to you in your future application...

@lordhades, Same NOC here, still awaiting for DD encashment and I hope PER will follow.. Yung sa 'yo maybe by march-april pa. I think you are still in. average increment per week is 30 with PER recipients or i don't exactly know how they update the cap. Just be patient sa pag antay. Good luck! :)

Guys just pray..I'm also a DD applicant, NOC 2133 with application received date 17 Sept.. Not encashed yet. Average time of DD encashment as per my observation is 11 to 13 weeks. I should expect DD encashment this week, if not, early next week..Fingers crossed. :)
