You can get points for your experience if in any of your experience letter (of jobs in last 10 years) contains responsibility that is matching with that given in NOC 1122. As far as my knowledge is concerned. Description of NOC 1122 for 2006 and 2011 are same.

I dont think that is a very good idea. coz last year one of my friend mailed his application on 1st under NOC 1122 and his app reached CIC on 8th. and he wasnt able to make to the cap. This year rush will be even higher.
