I am in the same boat. I need my passport for business meetings next week. Its been two weeks now and no update from them.

A friend of mine submitted to VFS Riyadh on 31 July and got COPR on 6 Aug. Thats just a week.

I submitted my passport from Khobar VFS on 25 July. Still waiting.

I also received the PPR email without any attachments. Didn't receive anything on the portal either. Submitted passport via VFS on 25 July and still waiting. I need to travel next week. Really hope to get back my passport with the COPR within this week.
