You may be right. I didnt submit my old Indian passport with application since I am Canadian citizen with Canadian passport. Also 10th certificate has my father's name not mother's name. My father is no more. It is confusing

I submitted PCC & other documents at end of Aug 2016. CIC shows Medicals as passed. This was also back in Aug 2016. Review of submitted documents shows blank.There has been no communication from NVDO since then.

I also ran into this issue. I tried all different combination without any luck for months. Then one day it worked with the combination which I tried many times before. This makes me believe CIC does something in background to enable it.
