What is your timeline? When did you apply? I called IRCC but they are not very helpful, they basically said they don't know. I'm from nov and most of the people from nov 1 to nov 14 already got their OWP, but IRCC sudenly said they are still processing applications from Oct so I was wondering...

I think if they exceeded the expected time for you to get a response you can actually complete a form a request an update about the status of your application.
