To avoid this, just get certificate from bank showing you have the said balance, d certificate will show no history of transaction but will indicate the total balance, this is what I used and it worked

I don't think you need another US PCC, I had the same case as I stayed in UK for 2years, but am back home in Nigeria, so I used existing UK PCC Eventhough it is no longer valid and it was accepted because the time I left UK, the PCC was still valid
