    I suppose when we cross port of entry we can return any borrowed money. I read somewhere that there were few who were asked to present bank cert. I hadnt had the chance to ask clarifying questions to them like "was the bank cert most recent?"

    Not sure exactly the individual breakdown. Total amount we paid was CAD775.00. This includes my SP, Spouse OWP an 2 TRVs for the kids. I checked CIC website. It says that TRV is CAD200 if you're paying from the Philippines...
