I did face delays from ces but eventually I had my university send transcripts electronically to CES and then provided them with a video tutorial on how to verify the transcripts from University website.. After rigorous followups,I got my ECA report in June 2020

Yes..I got master's equivalency from CES. Documents included transcripts of semester wise DMCs along with final degree and academic request form from university (though not mandatory )

You mean to say if WES evaluated masters MBA degree (listed on WES website) as only bachelor's degree....then CES will also evaluate the same MBA degree as bachelor's????

It is not mandatory but it is advisable to get your bachelor's degree evaluated as well as it increases chances of masters degree getting evaluated as per canadian equivalency
