Anything is fine. I prefer Credit card as you can check all the transactions online. Make sure that the credit card is valid for atleast 10 months from now.

I too have a similar problem. My employer has provided a letter stating my total stay in Canada with my current duties and salary but not having my roles and responsibilities for 3 years. Not sure if this causes any issue. Please Seniors, Any advice :(

Guys, FYI... I gave a call to CIC yesterday and have been said that they are opening up November 2011 packages now.

Sorry to here that but, don't worry. Appealing with a Lawyer doesn't help. The best thing to do is to reapply with the Proper NOC code quoting relevent experience. The CIC might not send the application back to you. They might retain the documents. Gather all documents and reapply. Good luck!!

It Depends on which NOC you are applying for. From what I see, you are eligible if your NOC falls under category B. If your NOC falls under 0/A you are nor not eligible. Please refer to the below link for the details. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp

Yes. What cecapp369 suggested is the best way. I have obtained CPP from Indian consulate in Toronto within 10 days and I have done that couple of times. Hope it takes more time to obtain CPP in india ;D

Hello, I suppose it is difficult for you to obtain PCC from Canada as you are not a resident of Canada. Moreover, as per the new document checklist , PCC is not mandatory. I would suggest to just attach the PCC from your country of residence for now. Good luck with your application!!
