Because of the covid, pr renewal processing takes at least two months. I think maybe I can quickly withdraw my application cause the application is made online, visa officer don;t even bother to look at my document package then approve of my withdraw. I don't want to lose my pr status.

I just called the ICBC, they don't have anything as the Interim ID. But they say they can accept expired PR card + proof of PR card renewal application. And if the clerk approves of that, they will give you a yellow paper, i think it may be serve as a temporary driving license.
