I feel you. 17 days pass the deadline here...... there is actually no deadline for cic, they do everything but work.

what is your title, and does your duty match with your title? if yes, is your employment letter qualified? by qualified I mean it has the company letterhead, stated all the details of your position etc?

Not trying to upset you but I emailed Ottawa IRCC a few days ago and just got the same generic reply. you can give it a try, you might reach a nicer officer.

after tried 3 times this afternoon, I got connected to ircc, right now on hold, waiting time 10 mins.. so I am just guessing, if you call in the afternoon before they finish work, you might get connected. so you don't have to wake up at 7..

Try email MP and see what they can do to help. its not gonna hurt, worst case you don't get anything.

I am pretty much the same. AOR 7.25 and still in ip1. This message means nothing, I got exactly same message too. Unfortunately there's not much we can do.
