i would suggest you to wait for PPR as visa office these days want the applicant to submit the passport at nearest VFS centre . Trust me you would not want to send your passport to NDVO and then be at their mercy .Be a little patient and get ready to start your life !

I got a generic mail from NDVO asking for landing fee and PCC for countries i have stayed for more than 6 months in april 2014 . i sent PCC from singapore and england in may 2014 and it was rcvd by this stupid delhi office . now i august after my file went in process they sent me a mail...
