I called cic today and the agent said that background chk has not started . Then I asked about eligibility, criminality and security...He said eligibility has passed nd there is no red flag. Now, eligibility is not the part of background chk ?

I called agent last week and he said nothing has started yet (eligibility, criminality, security) . He said that there is no red flag, and told me to wait till May end as 6 months are not over yet. I have not ordered CGMS notes yet....I am waiting till 6 months gets over.
