You should’ve raise web form around July August because your file had zero movement for almost 7-8 months. Although you will be getting PPR in the upcoming week because of your timeline. But you waited so long at the wrong time.

Put the tracking number in VFS tracking site. It will give you the details about where did your file is being transferred.
