Folks, Has any of the files which needed FPAT got approve for oath?? According to my 3rd atip, a note says issues were not resolved at time of interview and an FPAT is require to clear thing. Am already 36 months and still waiting. What do u think guys? Btw, hearing not required

Hearing not required is not a standard thing for everyone. Mine was hearing not started in my previous atip and now now required in my latest atip. I assume it's a good sign for the hearing to be not required!!

All clearances were renewed 10 day prior to my test and passed. They are all valid until 2015/2016

Please help! I received my atip today. It says Judge's decision: pending Hearing: not required Schedule hearing: not required Test results: passed and completed Grantor's decision: pending All above updates took place on June the 16th except for the grantor's decision (last update was in 2012)...

The new law clearly says reducing backlog! It hopefully means us too
