I seen some cases of US refusal not scrutinized much. Its better to inform or wait for their reply. But if CA refusal b4 means, surely inform, they take it serious.

Already given my suggestion above. How they found u got refusal b4 in CA & USA. In general, many got refusal b4 with other countries & w/o disclosed got CA visa I think.. But CA & USA previous refusals VO itself finding it, even not disclosed...

Its better to avoid verification. Verification is risk for sure. Note all ur colleagues, boss & others giving trouble. Once u get 3rd line medical update in ecas, put paper. Once u get stamping.. Bang the trouble givers.
