natawagan ko na. they just told me to comply the list of documents they sent me. But unfortunately wala naman attached file sa email nila sakin.. kaya sabi niya i inform daw niya yung department to email me with the list of documents for me to comply. Kaya refresh2 lang muna sa email ngayon...

I just called them and when the machine starts talking I press 9 and then it pause for like 5 seconds and then continue talking in french :(
