Hello Members, after sending my docs in start of March......yesterday received mail from LVO, that my Schedule A form is not completed,,,,,so i completed it and send it today.......along with renewed ppt copy.......for the safe side i send my spouse schedule form A also,,,,,,,so no confusion...
