They didn't send me the letter on my email but it showed on my tracker. I don't know how to do the fingerprints without this letter!! No customer service to reply my calls or my webform

Hi All, It's been 20 days now since I got fingerprints request without receiving a letter from IRCC. I tried calling them dozen times with all trials failure. I sent two webforms without reply. Any advice ??

Anyway to reach out to IRCC to get my fingerprints letter ? I am trying to reach out over the phone and no hope to get hold on them> I sent IRCC webform twice without reply as well. I got the request April 19th, and didn't recive the letter yet
