I just received my BOWP papers. Does it mean that my PR is close to being approved as well? Can any veterans provide any info about this?

I couldn't find anything online supporting the PR process is close to complete, when BOWP. Do you have a source for this is this an observation? Thank you in advance

i had the same doubt. The UCI you have (8 Digit) is still your UCI. I was wondering what was happening. I received my BOWP and had the 8 digit UCI on it not the one with CAN0000 etc. Hope it helps

i agree with this, it could be the same day, next day, week, month or months... It all depends on the visa office, officer and your case since every case is unique. I thought getting all the documents ready was the hard part and waiting was the easy part. Booooy was i wrong.
