They are not sending passport and card togeher. I have no ideas whether you can work after visa on your passport or after having PR card.

If there s serious in medicals, then only may be rejection or further medicals need. Otherwise, I have not heard rejections after medicals.

today my ecas change into decision made. I dropped my passport on 19 june 2013. Waiting for passport back now with positive news.
