Anyone got GU after today's IRCC homepage down? my application status turned updated and it might be 3rd GU if it is real GU. I don't know it is real cuz my eligibility has not been opened when I called last week. They were processing Background checking.

Well... IRCC is surely unorganized, but the common things that he/she noticed are postulate. If someone doesn't need to submit many documents that means they do not need to review all and do not need to waste their time.
