I've been asked to wait 30 more days for my CBSA notes. That's the last update on my side. Looking pretty bleak at the moment.

Oh I see. Mine's only with the CBSA from the last 7 months. I ordered CSIS notes in July but got a letter in response to say that they never received the screening request on my file.

Hi mate, yeah they got back to me yesterday saying that they need 30 more days to release notes. Don't know if it's a good sign or not. The letter was dated for 6th September.

Have they finished your CSIS part? If so, how long did it take?

Exactly mate. I was appalled when I saw that in my first set of GCMS notes. Now all I'm hoping for is that CBSA concludes my security as soon as possible without getting CSIS involved. I've also heard that when CBSA forwards the file to CSIS, they do it pretty much soon after receiving it from...

Yeah, what pisses me off is that it was intiated in June last year and the results only came back after 8 months. Somebody must've forgotten about my file or left it under the bulkstack of other files.

Nah my eligibility was passed on 19/12/17 then there was a 2 months gap. On 28/02/18 they received my info sharing results from US and then my security started on 14/03/18. Now all I'm hoping for is that it doesn't go to CSIS otherwise I'll be preparing myself for forking out money on the writ...

Actually, if I was to go by the blank activities in the notes, my security started on 14/03/18. Activity 4 then may have started on 22/06/18. So almost 3 months into activity 4 :mad:.. WTH

Oh yeah that's right but it doesn't have any text in it. That's why I didn't figure out if it was for security or what

Nothing at all. I just have 4 blank activities with my UCI and Name but apart from that, rest of the dates options are blank.

Daaaamn. Did you find that out from your CBSA notes? Because my GCMS doesn't have any dates on it so I can't really tell when my activity 4 started. I was actually gonna message you to find out if you've heard anything. Lool :-)
