I am getting worried as I still not have received anything back and its been more than 10 weeks since they received my submission. What can I do now? just keep waiting?

They received my submission on the 14th of may 2018. I was getting worried that I put a type in my email so I looked at a copy of what I sent and I have left the optional email column in imm1344 BLANK. How will I get my UCI or AOR?
