My buddy lives in milton and he came hamilton for test last year ... so I believe this is normal and they see applications from different areas and they want to close files instead of keeping them on pending.

I applied and reside in hamilton but my exam is in mississauga on 31st....

I believe that if u cannot attend test or late u should call and ask for re schedule..... And if u don't within 30 days then they will cancel yoir application and ask u to reapply. Correct me if I'm wrong

How inconvenient it is ... I received letter for my test 745 am or something in mississauga but I don't live there .... I'm from hamilton is this normal practice of department ?

Share your time line.... according to experience ppl who get test invitation early doesn't mean that their back check and security clearance is done ... And that is lengthy process so have patience and things will be on way soon. Ciao

Last week I called cic and they told me that as your fp was requested prior to test so in mean time they've done all security clearance and checks for me and guy told me that now you just have to wait for your test invitation and once you've test you're all set and there's nothing else to be...
