Thanks Toby, Any suggestion for my case. They are asking RCMP again which I sent by Canada post one month back. I have delivery receipt with signature which I already sent to them. I am thinking to wait till Friday and will do this again in case I will not get any response.

That's why said, it is not mandatory and on case to case basis. Yes, validity is 3 months. I wont suggest you to do this without request from CIC, but its up to you.

RCMP is police certificate from Canada. You need to submit PCC from all countries where you have lived for more than 6 months. RCMP is not mandatory and CIC request this on case to case basis.

I would suggest you to wait for a request from their side.

Nothing for eligibility in notes. But if someone submitted additional documents, than it is good to check if those have applied to your file or not. GCMS notes have details of all communications.
