I am also in same situation. November 21 AOR, Medicals Passed- 10 December, Criminality - Passed, Eligibility - In Progress. As you had a GU today, it will be good to raise a webform to see what got passed today.

They told me the same thing. However, criminality was passed for me.

My AIR is November 21 2019, but eligibility is still recommended pass, Criminality-Passed, Security-Not yet started. I received a GU in March 1st week. No updates after that...

I contacted them through Webform and they told me that eligibility is still in progress. When I called them before, they said eligibility is recommended pass. Can you please tell me what does it mean? I did not receive any additional document request.

Hey, I called IRCC customer care when the service line was available three weeks ago. However, I got the same update through webform that eligibility is in progress and security check not initiated. Can you please let me know whether criminality is passed or not for you.
