    Gather more info as soon as you can. Could you perhaps send a copy of your contract outlining your duties? Maybe your employer could write a letter giving examples of when you performed each of the duties stated in the NOC?

    If you are CEC then you don't need proof of funds. As long as you funds are transferable into CAD, they can be in any bank account.

    Eh? That doesn't make sense. Do you mean ITA (Invitation to apply) rather than AOR (Achknowledgement of receipt) E-APR is electronic application for permanent residence. They can't acknowledge receipt before you have applied.

    My WP was refused to, so I am currently dependent on family, as I can't work, and offer of future employment has been withdrawn. Crazy system- we'll consider you to become a permanent resident, but in the interim we won't allow you to work and pay tax.

    My head agrees, but the tiniest little bit of hope that is still left in my heart would like to think that they will sneak us in just under the 6 month mark. It makes their stats look better, after all!
