1. Your tuition fee depends on your school and program. Make sure you have at least tuition fee for 1 year (ex. 15,000cad) plus 10,000cad for your living expenses. Then you can also attached other financial docs like business permit, OR/CR, land titles, etc. 2. I'm not sure about the age...
