I believe PPF is not freely repatriable as the scheme is for 15 years. If you can get letter from bank, it's fine. My understanding is that SINP expects you to have proof of funds 3 months prior to the date of application to final approval stage. See below URL - Settlement of Funds section ...

I also received similar assessment from WES in 2018 as "First Professional Degree / Juris Doctor". I've done 3 year law from Mumbai University in 2014 although I have previous bachelors degree and other professional qualification.

As long as the gap is not in months, it should be fine. Also if your overall experience can be rounded off to 10 years and over and you are able to produce employment reference letters or sufficient explanation supported by documents, it is fine.

Hi, I believe they are nominating people on a basis not known to us. They'll have their own parameters such as to occupational demand in SK, NOC, years of experience, ECA and IELTS (these are my random guesses).

I had submitted bank reference letter at the time of application. However, in the ADR, they had asked for official confirmation (i took on email given current situation) that 2 large FDs are still valid.
