Congrats APSK again! The PPR Letter (pdf) which is supposed to be submitted along with your passports and photos contains one page where you need to mention basic details of applicant and spouse and dependents. Hope this helps.

It's been a Eventful February with lots of PPR's, DM's and Visa's getting issued!! :D :D

Family member will have to carry signed authorization letter along with a photocopy of your ID proof. You can call VFS and confirm this.

Varuen - Please submit latest photographs and not the one's that you submitted with application. You are also required to mention name and address of photo studio along with the dates where these photos were taken (only on one photo). This is clearly mentioned in the link provided in the PPR...

VO gives 30 days to submit passports after the PPR mail. Hope this helps!

Notarize photocopies not required. Please do not forget to send copy of the pdf (email) notifying you of the Medicals and RPRF. That goes unnoticed. Even I had forgotten initially and had to send separate courier.
