Ray of Hope - 73rd Draw

    1) if you are definitely planning on pursuing EE application, then start the WES process immidiately. You cannot make a profile until you have an ECA (whether your wife is accompanying you or not). If i were you i would try to apply with my wife as it is a much longer process later on to get...

Ray of Hope - 73rd Draw

These calculations arent that simple. The target of 97,200 that you have mentioned are landed immigrants. This includes all family members under each application (not equal to # of ITAs) that will land in the calendar year. The number of ITAs issued will have withrawals and rejections, which are...

Ray of Hope - 73rd Draw

Given the fact that Ontario PNP quota is almost done for the year, is it wise to assume that future CRS for the rest of the year will have fewer >600 scores? Thus lowering the CRS overall, hopefully to the 400 range by year end.

No need for Canada PCC. For UK, calculate the total number of days there since the age if 18. You have to count each day, even if they were few days at a time. If the number comes out to be > 6 months, you need to get PCC.

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

After following the draws for quite a while, ive come to the conclusion that CIC has a mind of its own. All analysis, theories, predictions are negated one way or the other. This wait is a serious test of ones patience. What i hope is the following ( yes hope rather than prediction this time)...

Read this on Aug AOR 2017 thread. Seems like a FSW candidate. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/august-aor-2017.508450/page-26

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

Just read on another post that candidates with 3-Aug AOR have received their PPRs today. Thats a turn around time of 27 days. Surely the backlog must be finished for this to happen. This means that IRCC should be in a position to process many new applications. We need to see a huge # of ITAs...

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

I asked a similar question a few days back. The answer is as follows: Under work history you should only mention the work experience for which you can claim points. In your case this will be the 6 year work experience only. The remainder of your work experience can be mentioned under personal...

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

Considering the above, what would be your prediction on # of draws, draw size, and CRS for the rest of the year ?

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

Thanks. I thought the 67 point was only applicable to OINP. One more question, if i dont mention it in EE profile and only mention it later in post ITA eAPR, would i have to submitt documentation for that work experience then ?

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

Hi guys, a small question, In our EE profile. Should we add our work experience that is older then 10 years. I have all the docs but since i cant claim points for it, i was thinking of removing it. However, i also understand that i will have to add these details in the post ITA process, so i...

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

As far as i know, All you need to do is decline the ITA, and you will automatically go back to the pool as a candidate for the next round.

Possible if its in a weeks time.

Ray of Hope - 71st Draw!

The difference is because of dates. The data above is as of 17 Aug. Where as the draw was as of 23 Aug. There are new entrants within all ranges between these dates. Further, a major chunk of PNP always enter the pool after the above data date. That might explain the difference.

Similar situation for me too. Was sitting at 412 waiting for my wife's ECA when the cut went down to 413. Now, with her ECA and increased points, its just sit and wait. Didnt file OINP thinking id get through the regular FSW.

    1. You should try ielts, especially for the CLB 7 one 2. You can use any ielts result (older or newer) as long as its valid and not expired. Thirdly try swapping principal applicants especially after ielts retest for CLB7. You might end up with a better score.
