If you have a bachelors or above degree, just send that to WES to get assessed. That is what i did. No need to get the secondary school degrees assessed. However if high scool is the highest degree ( in secondary applicants case) then you need to get it assessed. Best of luck.

How does OINP ask for additional docs. Do they send an email or do we get a message in our account ? In case of email, should we be checking our junk folders regularly ?

I would disagree. You need a pcc from all countries where you have stayed for more than 6 months. Even if you made short multiple trips, if the total number of days after the age of 18 exceeds 180 days in a country, you need a ppc for it.

But this site only gives you last 5 year record. What if you need older data ?

Do you know the format of pakistan pcc ? Do they issue it for specific periods ( for eg since birth till date) or do they issue it for specific dates. Secondly, do they issue it for specific cities or for the whole country?

You can enter the pool with the soft copy, however it has been recomended at various forums to upload the physical certification scan in the post ITA procedure. The difference between the two is a black stamp at the bottom right on the physical certificate. Best of luck
