if you submitted additional document through my CIC account you will not get any acknowledgement just your document status will change to provided but if you submitted through CSE you should get an acknowledgement within 2 weeks.

i think CIC is preparing for another PPR rain as lot of applicants have they BGIP for the second time... PPR can come any day... All the Best Peeps!!!

I am Nov 24 CEC inland applicant too waiting. Submitted paystubs with the application and later submitted T4 by raising a CSE and got a confirmation mail confirming receipt of additional documents. Let me know if you hear anything. We should be hearing something together.
