No...you don't need to submit any application for the PR card process. If you received a COPR, in that letter itself they would clearly instruct you to submit your photos along with the copy of COPR letter to the respective address.

Hi Everyone, I already linked my application to my account, yesterday i just logged in to my account it shows "application/profile updated" but it didn't show anything inside. Then today morning i again logged in to my account but now its showing only "submitted" and also same it didn't show...
