No one can say the file will go back to the Rescheduled pile and it depends on the office how big that pile is.

What exactly are you confused about in the report?

You will need to call the CIC call center and inform them that you cannot attend the given test date. It needs to be a valid reason as to why you cannot attend the current date and they will place you back in to wait for another date.

Congrats on Passing the test. I takes a bit for them to review your file one last time and then mark it as Decision Made.

I doubt anyone can provide a conclusive answer for this as no one has an idea or visibility to CIC working other than the CO's themselves. It could very well be the same person or after their assessments it is placed in another pile where another officer who picks it up does a final second...
