Hey Buddy, I would suggest you to contact the IRCC. Reason being, irrespective of the stream, getting an AOR on 01-NOV-2017 means there should be a change in your Meds status. Best of luck

Hey Bro, You are right but recent trend shows they are processing PNP profiles faster as well. I am an OINP applicant too and my Meds was passed on 01-Dec-2017 and AOR was on 02-Nov-2017.

May I ask you under which PNP Program have you applied as even I haven't had any update since 02-Nov-2017:(, I applied under Ontario PNP and received AOR on 02-Nov-2017.

You cannot upload or complete application for Ontario PNP, however I am unsure about Nova Scotia PNP:(:(...apologies for that
