In my Opinion consider your points based on 33-45 because you will know the sum of your points are meeting the requirements or not if you consider 25 points. 25-32 age doesn't come under 30 points.

I think Supplementary form is not fillable .. you have to fill by hand.

Congrats, you will receive MR within one month by post.. same thing happened with my friend, he got written letter after 25 days.... so you will get it soon... :)
