This is the precise reason why I always beleived its all about luck with the Immigration dept in Canada. Always inconsistent..lol

Yes there is no problem for people going on vacations or short trips but the person who asked wants to actually stay for a longer period however IRCC should make it very transparent if a person leaves Canada it should be for how many days maximum!!

Well the CIC website clearly has mentioned all PR holders need to be present in Canada during the application procedure, which kinda sucks!

To be honest Canada is all about luck especially the Immigration department! They are absolutely reckless with their operations. Feel really sad for your situation.

This is absolutely ridiculous from IRCC..Bunch of jokers sitting out there with no professionalism!! Fill out the most updated forms for sure!! Dont worry and do not lose hopes, this particualar agent I am sure would be highly incompetent who returnes your file.

Yeah I got it but surprised that they have put that piece of information coz I do not see any such information available in my case even after 2 weeks of application. Thanks:)
