Same happened to me without medical pass my file was trf to Mississauga.

I feel by next weekend we will start seeing DMs for ppl whos files got trf to Mississauga on 27th Feb:)

Its the same no changes..Your app is in progress...but Mississauga mostly sends DM without any changes to BGC or they just change it on d same day as DM.

Final stage, file has been trf to Mississauga on 27th Feb.

Also Indian Apps:) I would say in total around 6-7 ppl got DMS

Lot of times even if the file gets trf to Mississauga ppl do not get trf email. So hopefully you are 1 of them. Did you call CIC and ask?
