Usually, you can get a graduation letter in advance and apply for work-permit right away. But if you can get a 2 week-break, that works too.

Instead of waiting on the line for 30 minutes to speak to an agent, you can press 1 and request a callback! This is if you're not cut-off by 'heavy call volume' in the first place. Basic stuff, but i mentioned it because not all call centers actually call you back. IRCC does :)
