Ask your employer for LMIA, I did and they got it for me. It takes a long time, so ask asap.

My profile got an update today, requesting medicals for my spouse and I. So, this will be the 2nd time doing medicals for this PR application. That seems ridiculous as we did upfront medicals. Is there a way around having to do medicals again?

I am not 100% sure but the MP's office advised that if I don't get anything from IRCC by January 12th, let them know and they'll contact IRCC again.

Contacted my MP and got the following response, hopefully I get something soon. PR application in process at present, Canadian Experience Class received on May 12, 2021 All assessments passed, processing time is 20 months (going to January 12, 2023) Decision to be sent to applicant in due time

Still waiting, May 12th 2021 AOR, no updates what so ever
