My wife is in Canada on TRV. I am waiting for BGC/Decision Made/ PPR. I have a question regarding flag polling at Niagara, US Border. If we plan to complete the PR process through flag polling as soon as we get visa and plan to bring our belongings/jewelry from India in the next trip. 1. How do...

NEW DELHI (NDVO) - 2016 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE CANADA

Yes, the news is good for everyone in process and the new ones. But for in process, its max 12 months from now, not from the date we submitted our application (like how Harkirankaur was calculating). Lets hope for the best. :)

NEW DELHI (NDVO) - 2016 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE CANADA

Just to clarify, 12 months is for applicants who have applied after Dec 7, 2016. For old files, it will still take the same time. The new 12 months criteria is only for new applicants. Its even updated on CIC website. So don't keep any expectation from NDVO that 15th January, you will get a...

Today I got an email from CIC about the PR card reminder too.. Just wondering is it to do something with our spousal file, as the guy you commented the post had filed the application on 28-04-2016. You filed on 11-05-2016 and I filed on 26-05-2016. Just trying to figure out the pattern of this...

NEW DELHI (NDVO) - 2016 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE CANADA

Yeah.. I guess, NDVO is trying to clear all backlogs from 2015 applicants rather than moving with the new applicants. That sounds fair, but just not sure how some jan-apr applicants got PPRs. I guess now they stopped for 2016 since 3 weeks and now working on 2015 files. Lets hope for the best. :)

You guys are still arguing whether its 13 months or 18 months. Please stop this argument and justifications in this forum thread. This ain't gonna help. Timeline is case dependent. There is no guarantee if it will take 3 months or 3 years. So just relax and pray for PPRs. :) Peace Please.. :)
