So she didn't say anything regarding the biometrics update? March till August is 5 months. We don't know exactly whats going on. They could have at least updated that the offices will be closed. We are counting days while we even dont know if the office is closed

When you login to your gckey account. On the first page instead of messages it is written update. but when you open the next page to see the update there is nothing. Just the same steps as before. That is ghost update

May be you passed something. Did you try calling them?

Do you also have your biometrics updated? I am mid may applicant. The only change happend couple of days ago is the biometric section has details now.

About medical what I think is the officer requested for the extension. I read in previous posts that if thats the only thing pending they will ask for the extension but not sure from whom. May be medical department etc. So may be thats the request they sent. And about other things I think by the...

Mostly people are getting decision after the time bar is already 100 percent. Usually its taking 21 to 24 months

I think We share almost the same time line i am also mid may 2019 applicant. Pcc and fingerprint done in feb 2019.Please share if you get a chance to talk to them. Good luck

Can you please explain it little more like have you observed it in previous cases or from people who got biometrics update and then dm Or in notes. Just your thoughts on it. I am interested because I got mine updated couple of days ago. Medical still expired.

I am also may applicant. Just had my biometrics enrolled on gckey so I think they have started looking into May applicants too

I think people are mentioning the medical update in the later stage of their application. Like if its already 17 18 months and you are close to your decision made and all the things are done only medical is expired by that time so they extend it and give you the decision.

I would say only go for it if you think your reasons are very strong and you really feel that the review can overturn the decision. Otherwise you will just be wasting your time and money.

As I understood by reading the previous posts. Mostly people got their decisions soon after medical pass update. Good luck
