It depends on when you submit the application. Applicants have 3 months to submit the entire application after receiving and accepting ITA. The SLA starts after submitting applicaiton and receiving the AOR (Acknowledgement of receipt). The max SLA is 6 months, however, every case is different...

Match the responsibilites and not the title.
